Bourbon balls

Ingredients

• 2 - cups vanilla wafer crumbs
• 2 - cups chopped nuts
• 2 - cups sifted 10- x sugar
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 3 tbsp. light corn syrup
• 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. bourbon
• Sifted 10 x sugar for rolling

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients, mix well.
Combine remaining ingredients ,except sugar& stir into crumb mixture. Shape into balls
Roll in 10 x sugar
Store in an air tight container
