Queso Dip

Ingredients

• 1 Tablespoon butter
• 1 Tablespoon flour
• 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 Cup cream cheese
• 1/4 Cup milk
• 1/4 Cup jarred salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Cook butter and flour in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring, 1 minute. Stir in cheddar, cream cheese, milk, and salsa. Mix until smooth. Serve with chips for dipping.

*stir in 1/4 cooked ground beef for a meatier version
