Shredded Taco Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 packages of taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes (mild) (one drained, one undrained)
  • 4 tsp. Spice World “SQUEEZE” Premium Minced Garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Put in Crockpot on low setting for 6-7 hours. Then stir with fork until all chicken shreds and mixes with sauce. Serve in flour tortillas or taco shells with shredded cheese, sour cream and shredded lettuce.
