Ingredients
- 1/3 cup EVOO
- 2 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 tbs dijon mustard
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 1/2 cup feta
- 3 tbs oregano
- cooked orzo
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients together and pour over cooked orzo. Refrigerate until chilled.
