Orzo Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup EVOO
  • 2 tbs red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbs dijon mustard
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta
  • 3 tbs oregano
  • cooked orzo

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together and pour over cooked orzo. Refrigerate until chilled.
