Chocolate Cherry Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Devils food cake mix
• 1 Can (21 Oz) Cherry pie filling
• 1 Teaspoon Almond extract
• 2 Eggs, beaten
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1/3 Cup Milk
• 1 Stick Butter
• 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

2 Eggs, beaten

Directions

Combine cake mix, pie filling, extract and beaten eggs, mix but do not beat. Spread into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Until a toothpick come out clean.

In a medium sauce pan, bring sugar milk and butter to a boil for 1 minute and remove from heat. Add in chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Pour over cooled cake.
