Ingredients
- 10 Brussels sprouts, halved
- 4 baby red potatoes (about 10 ounces), cut to same size as sprouts
- 1.2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- fresh ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Lay a large piece of heavy duty foil on a baking sheet. Spray with non-stick spray.
Place mixture down middle. Place another large piece of foil over mixture. Fold together and seal.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until veggies are tender. Allow packet to cool, serve.
