Mexican Bean and Cheese Burrito

Ingredients

  • 1 whole-wheat flour tortillas
  • 2 Tbsp. refried beans or bean dip
  • 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. shredded lettuce
  • Optional: chopped onion, tomato, corn, olives

Preparation

Step 1

Spread beans on tortilla evenly. Sprinkle with cheese, lettuce, and optional toppings. Roll up, secure with toothpick, and place seam side down in container or baggie.
