Ham Loaf (Fadra)
- 2 lbs. Ground Smoked Ham 6 C. Wheaties
- 2 lbs. Ground Lean Pork 4 Beaten Eggs
- 2 C. Pineapple Juice 2 t. Salt
- 1/4 t. Pepper 6 T. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 C. Catsup
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg 2 t. Dry Mustard
Mix and mold ham, Wheaties, pork, eggs, juice, salt, and pepper together. (May want to cut these ingredients in half.) Then top with brown sugar, catsup, nutmeg, and dry mustard. (Make full amount regardless.) Bake at 350° for 1 ½ hours. Makes a very large ham loaf.
