Ingredients
- 6 Medium Potatoes, Peeled and Cut in 1/2" cubes
- 1 Cup of Diced Celery
- 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
- 2 Cups of Water
- 3 Chicken Bouillion cubes
- 2 1/2 Cups of Milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 5 Tbsp of Butter
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
Details

Preparation
Step 1
Combine First 6 ingredients.
Cook over Medium Heat for 15 minutes.
Add Milk and Butter and Heat
Garmish with Parsley
