- 1 red velvet cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 cups powdered sugar

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 325 F. Combine cake mix, 1 egg, and melted butter and form into a dough. Grease the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish and press the dough into the bottom.
Using a mixer, cream the cream cheese and 2 eggs together. Add in powdered sugar one cup at a time and blend until smooth. Pour over the dough.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
