Cheese Rarebit

When I came home for lunch, my mom used to make this for me and we had contests to see who could eat the most crackers with rarebit on them.

Ingredients

  • 1 can, cream of tomato soup
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed

Preparation

Step 1

Heat tomato soup and add cubed Velveeta. Stir over medium heat until creamy. Serve over saltine crackers.
