  • 1 loaf Rhoades Italian bread-Frozen
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 lb sliced prov. cheese

Step 1

Directions

Let bread dough thaw & rise.
Kneed into a ball on floured surface.
Roll dough into oblong shape
Mix egg, oregano and Parm. cheese
brush 1/2 of the egg mixture onto dough. top w/prov slices & repeat with peperoni and then again w/cheese. Roll like a jellyroll. Brush remaining egg mixture on top. Seal seams if necessarey w/warm water. Place seam side down on greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 for 30 mins. cool..slice in pieces.
