Ingredients
- 1 ⁄2 cup well-shaken buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tsp minced shallot
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 ⁄2 tsp salt
- 1 ⁄4 tsp black pepper
- 3 Tbsp finely chopped chives
- 1 lb Napa cabbage, cored and thinly sliced crosswise (about 4 cups)
- 6 radishes, diced
- 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced diagonally
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, whisk buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar, shallot, sugar, salt, and pepper until sugar dissolves. Add chives.
2. Toss cabbage, radishes, and celery with dressing.
