Three Easy Marinades - with Just Six Ingredients

These 3 simple marinades call for only 6 ingredients. Use them to marinate everything from chicken to kebabs!

Lemon-Herb:

Combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped fresh oregano, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper. Marinate chicken or seafood for 15 to 30 minutes before grilling.

Teriyaki:

Combine 1/2 cup canola oil, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup brown sugar, ¼ cup rice wine, 1 1/2 tbsp grated fresh ginger, and 2 tsp minced garlic. Marinate beef or pork for 30 to 60 minutes before grilling.

Yogurt-Honey:

Whisk 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 tsp paprika, and 1/2 tsp salt. Marinate pork, beef, or chicken for 30 minutes before grilling.
