Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 up cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 large onion
- 1 medium green pepper (sweet)
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, cornmeal, salt and black pepper. Roll chicken livers in flour mixture. Fry livers in cooking oil until browned on both sides. Add rest of ingredients. Cook slow until vegetables are done. .
