Ingredients
- 2 t paprika
- 1 t salt
- 1 t pepper
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 3 lbs bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed
- 1/2 lb baby portobello mushroom, quartered
- 1 med sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 14 oz water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed & drained
- 1 1/2 c Chardonnay
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 T minced fresh thyme or 2 t dried thyme
- 1/4 c minced fresh parsley
- Hot cooked pasta (optional)
- Shredded Romano cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine paprika, salt, pepper & cayenne; sprinkle over chicken. Place chicken mushrooms, red pepper, onion & artichokes in 5 qt slow cooker.
In sm bowl combine Chardonnay, tomato paste, garlic & thyme; pour over veggies. Cover & cook on low 5-6 hrs until,chicken is tender. Stir in parsley. Serve with pasta or other side dish; sprinkle with cheese.
