Agave Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Dutch processed (unsweetened) cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup - Domino® Organic Amber Agave Nectar
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons - prepared coffee, room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon - vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Place cocoa powder in a small bowl. Using a spoon, slowly add agave nectar until a thick paste forms. Add vanilla and coffee one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency.

Makes approximately 3/4 cup.
