  • 1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed & well drained
  • 16 oz can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 8-oz cream cheese, softened
  • Garlic (optional)
  • salt & pepper to taste
