Ingredients
- 6-7 pound turkey breast, skinless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon each minced garlic, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning and pepper

Step 1
Brush turkey with olive oil. Combine all of the spices and rub over the turkey. Transfer to a 6 quart slow cooker. Cook on low 5-6 hours or until tender.
