Spaghetti, Baked

Ingredients

  • 2 ibs. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 soup can water
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1/2 lb. cooked thin spaghetti

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat, onion, and green pepper in shortening. Add soups, water, garlic and heat. Blend in 1/2-1 cup cheese, cooked spaghetti. Add rest of ingrediants and place in 9x13 casserole. Put the rest of cheese on top.

Bake at 350* for 30 min.
