• 1 lb fettuccine
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 1/4 cup 1/2 & 1/2
• 3/4 cup (3oz)fresh grated parmesan
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper

1. Melt butter. Add 1/2 & 1/2, parmesan, salt and pepper. Cook 1 minutes stirring constantly. Reduce heat, add pasta, toss to coat.
