Citrus Glazed Chicken
Simply citrus glazed
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 3 tbs brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tbs cornstarch
1. Place chicken in greased 3-41/2 quart slow cooker. Pour orange juice over chicken. Sprinkle brown sugar and salt over top. Cover and cook on low heat 6-9 hours. Remove chicken with slotted spoon.
2. Pour liquid from slow cooker into a small saucepan. Stir in cornstarch with a whisk. Over med heat, bring to a boil, stirring until sauce thickens. Pour glaze over chicken.
