Grilled Sweet Lime Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (I used whole grain.)
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 large or 2 small limes, juiced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut breasts in half and then in half again to create 4 pieces. Place a piece of waxed paper over the chicken and pound to ¼” thick.
2. Place all ingredients with the exception of the chicken in a large Ziploc.
3. Shake to mix.
4. Place chicken in the mixture.
5. Marinate chicken in the fridge. (Can be left overnight)
6. Grill or broil about 10 minutes per side.
