Mexican Corn Chip Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. small curd cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar-fine shred cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. Taco seasoning
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • Black olives, chopped
  • Tomatoes, several chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Blend cottage cheese & cream cheese together by hand. Spread on flat serving tray. Mix together cheddar cheese & Taco mix. & place on first mixture. Layer onions, black olives, and tomatoes. Chill.

Serve with Corn Chips
