Ingredients
- 500 g feggous (small, long cucumber)
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 125 ml orange juice
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3 tsp orange flower water
Preparation
Step 1
Wash the feggous. Scrape a part of the skin off. Grate the feggous. Mix all ingredients and cool in refrigerator. Serve cold.
