Ingredients

  • 2 peaches or nectarines, diced
  • 1 diced kiwi fruit
  • 1/2 diced red bell pepper
  • 15 oz. black beans
  • 1/3 C chopped cilantro
  • 2 sliced scallions
  • 2 t honey
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/4 t Tabasco
  • Juice of lime, divided
  • 1 lb. swordfush

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat grill.
In med. bowl, toss first 9 ingredients with 1/2 of lime juice. Set salsa aside.
Drizzle remaining juice over fish. Grill 6-8 min til done. Serve with salsa.
