  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1/4 cup ranch reduced fat dressing
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1/2 cup finely grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow peppers
  • wheat thins

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix sour cream and dressing until well blended

2. Stir in spinach, carrots and peppers. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

3. Serve as a dip with crackers.
