7-Minute Frosting - Ava

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites
• 2 c sugar
• 1 tblsp white corn syrup
• 5 tblsp hot water
• 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
• 1 tsp vanilla (added at the end)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all ingredients, except vanilla, with mixetr a few minutes, place over boiling water in a double boiler and beat until it peaks, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat, add 1 tsp vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread.
