Easy Scalloped Corn

Ingredients

• 1 Box Jiffy corn muffin mix
• 8 Ounces Sour Cream
• 1 Egg
• 1 Stick Melted butter
• 1 Can Creamed corn
• 1 Can Regular corn, drained

Preparation

Step 1

1 Box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ingredients in a medium bowl.
Butter an 8 x 8 inch dish, and pour mixture in.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
