Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 2 T canola oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c dry white wine
- .7 oz Italian dressing mix
- 8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle chicken with salt. Cook in hot oil 2-3 minutes on each side or until browned. Transfer to crock pot, reserving drippings in skillet. Add dressing mix to drippings. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Arrange mushrooms over chicken. Spoon soup mixture over mushrooms. Cover and cook on low 4 hours. Stir well before serving.
