Chewy Chocolate Caramel Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. milk chocolate chips
  • 11 oz. Kraft Caramel Bits

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl; combine flour, baking soda and salt. Mix and add to creamed ingredients. Stir in pecans, chips and caramels. Mix well. Line cookie sheets with aluminum foil. Lightly grease. Drop by tablespoon fulls. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are light brown. Remove entire sheet of foil with cookies on it to a cooling rack. Let cool and then peel off.
