Miniature drumsticks/ Japanese Chicken wings

  • Flour:
  • 5 lbs. chicken wings, cut up and discard tips
  • 1 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate wings in soy sauce overnight.

Lightly brown in oil. Put in glass baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake 1/2 hour at 300*. Uncover. Bake another 1/2 hour.
