Bleu Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 4- 3oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 5 oz. jar Old English cheese spread
  • 1 4 oz. bleu cheese (LaCave)
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans- divided
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Let cheese soften to room temperature. Mix well with fork until blended. Combine onion, parsley and 1/2 nuts. Add cheese mixture & blend. Cover & chilll until firm. Shape into ball & roll in remaining nuts. Sprinkle with paprika and additional parsley if desired.

Chill. Serve with crackers. Can freeze & refreeze
