Pecan Butter Balls

From Mexican wedding cakes to Viennese crescents, there are endless variations of nutty butter cookies. This one has a winning combination of pecans, vanilla & bourbon.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, cut in chunks
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar, packed
- 1-1/2 tsp of vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup of pecans
- Icing sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Step 1: In a food processor, mix butter and brown sugar with vanilla for 1 minute or until well creamed.
Step 2: Sprinkle flour and nuts on top and mix in processor until nuts and flour are incorporated.
Step 3: Form into 1" balls.
Step 4: Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
Step 5: When cool, sprinkle with icing sugar.
