Easy Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef for stew, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1/3 cup red or white wine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • Hot cooked noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, except noodles, in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-12 hours. Serve Over Noodles.
