Ingredients
- 4 ounces uncooked medium noodles (2 cups)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp chopped celery (optional)
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup creamed cottage cheese
- 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 medium tomato

Step 1
Heat over to 350. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. In large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and celery until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce and salt. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and noodles.
Pour into un-greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Slice tomato; arrange on top. Cover; bake 30 minutes
