Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 3/4 cup unsifted all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/1 /2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup boiling water
- 6 tablespoons soft butter
- Hershey's cocoa: 1/3 cup for light flavor, 1/2 cup for medium flavor or 3/4 cup for dark flavor
- 2 2/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients in large mixer bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in boilng water (batter will be thin.) Pour into greased and floured 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean from center.
Frosting
Cream butter, add cocoa and powder sugar alternately with milk,. Beat to spreading consistency adding additional tablespoon milk if needed. Blend in vanilla
