Ingredients
- 2 cups diced roast lamb
- 2 tablespoons lamb fat
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 8 ounces broad noodles
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1) Heat fat and brown lamb lightly in it.
2) Stir in garlic, tomato paste, water, salt, pepper and paprika and bring to a boil.
3) Simmer, covered for 1 hour and add in noodles.
4) Continue to cook until noodles are soft and prevent them from sticking by stirring occasionally. If necessary, pour in more water.
5) Sprinkle with cheese just before serving.
