Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) frozen halved strawberries
- 2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 C cool whip
- 1 prepared chocolate crust
Preparation
Step 1
1. Drain strawberries reserving 1/4 C liquid
2. Beat cream cheese, reserved liquid, thawed strawberries, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
3. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
4. Refrigerate sevearl hours or overnight. Garnish with strawberry halves and kiwi slices if desired.
