Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello instant pudding and pie filling, any flavor
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tub (8 oz) cool whip topping, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix and sugar. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or on low speed of electric mixer until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread on cake at once.

Makes enough to fill and frost 2 (9-inch) cake layers. Store in refrigerator.
