Ingredients
- 1 Pound Fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 4 Chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 Cup Hot water
- 4 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Cups Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
- 1 1/2 Sticks Butter, melted
Preparation

Directions
Put mushrooms in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Dissolve bouillon in water and mix with flour, pepper and cheese. Stir in sour cream. Pour over mushrooms. Cover with stuffing mix and pour melted butter over top. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, and then uncovered, for 10 minutes.
