Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 med ripe bananas, mashed (1 c)
- 1/2 c canola oil
- 1/4 c + 1 T buttermilk
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 c chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
In lg bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. In another bowl combine eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk & vanilla; add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Fold in nuts.
Pour in greased 9x5 in loaf pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hr 20 min until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
