  • 1/4 c. Earth Balance butter
  • 2 shallots, sliced
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 32 oz. green beans, cooked according to pkg. directions



Step 1

Cook shallots in butter. Add vinegar, mustard and seasoned salt. Cook for a couple minutes. Add green beans until heated through. Serve immediately.
