Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Earth Balance butter
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 32 oz. green beans, cooked according to pkg. directions

Preparation
Step 1
Cook shallots in butter. Add vinegar, mustard and seasoned salt. Cook for a couple minutes. Add green beans until heated through. Serve immediately.
