Peach Creme Caramel With Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pack al alali Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsps. water
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 can al alali Peaches Halves drained & cut into cubes
  • 3 packs al alali Crème Caramel
  • al alali Chocolate Syrup for decoration

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare al alali Chocolate Cake as per directions mentioned on the pack. Bake in a rectangular tray

Cut half of the cake in cubes 2 x 2 cm approximately

Cut the second half of the cake into rectangular 3 x 6 cm approximately

In a deep pot, heat sugar, water and butter. Continue heating until color becomes golden. Pour into the cake mold

Add half the quantity of cake cubes over the caramelized sugar, then add the peaches cubes over the cake cube, and then place the remaining half of cake cubes over the peaches

Prepare al alali Crème Caramel as per directions mentioned on the pack

Pour Crème Caramel over the cake cubes, then refrigerate for few hours until set

Flip into a serving plate, and distribute the rectangular cake pieces around the mold

Decorate with al alali Chocolate Syrup

Serve cold and enjoy!
