Great recipe for end of the season tomatoes, onions and green pepper.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups vinegar(5 percent)
  • 1 & 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 3 lbs cherry tomatoes
  • 1 & 1/2 cups yellow pear tomatoes
  • 1 green peppers ( cut into narrow rings)
  • 2 medium onions ( again cut into narrow rings)
  • 1/8 cup mustard seed
  • 3 spits tarragon
  • 3 whole cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Fill pint jars equally. Boil mustard seed, vinegar, tarragon and cloves.
Fill jars
Do a 15 minutes water bath to seal jars
