Ingredients
- 4 chicken boullion cubes
- 1 quart water
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced onion

Step 1
Cook 20 minutes, uncovered. Add 2-1/2 cups cubed raw potatoes.
Add 1 can mixed vegetables
Cook until tender.
Add: 2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup cubed velveeta cheese
Heat slowly- stirring until cheese melts. Makes 3-1/2 quarts.
