Ham balls

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Ham, ground
  • 2 Pounds Beef, ground
  • 2 Pounds Pork, ground
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 3 Cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 Can Tomato soup, condensed
  • 1 Cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 1/3 Cup Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine ham, beef, pork, eggs, milk and graham cracker crumbs and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake, covered for 30 minutes. Drain all grease.
Mix soup, sugar, mustard and vinegar and heat. Pour over meat balls and bake 30 minutes more, uncovered.
