Mim's Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup * or honey
  • sprinkle some cinnamon
  • 1 cup of dried fruit

Preparation

Step 1

Bake at 350 stirring occasionlly,for 25 minutes. Cool. Toss with 1 cup of dried fruit.
