Poppy Seed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 6-8 chicken breasts, cooked
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 2 TBSP poppy seeds
  • to serve 8-10
  • 8-10 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 pkg shell pasta, cooked
  • Topping remains as above

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken and cut into cubes (or shred). Mix soup, sour cream, and chicken. Pour into a 9x13 dish. Toss melted butter, crushed crackers, and poppy seeds together and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Serves 6

to serve 8-10
Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
