Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 pound 2 ounces cremini mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic and sauté over low heat for 1 minute.
Pour the lemon juice into the skillet and simmer for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and sauté, stirring constantly, 5–6 minutes longer.
Combine the remaining oil, parsley, vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Drizzle the mixture over the mushrooms and serve immediately.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with marinated chicken or steak, and soft breadsticks to soak up the delicious juices.
